The end of an age? Dawn of a new?

This is my first post since September 2017/last year that I focus on game content. RIGHT😅 I know... I know that's a LIFETIME... Not even funny..... I SWEAR to you all though... I'm back for good. As long as the good is allowed. Don't go rushing to flag this page as "unworthy" just yet.
Especially you newcomers out there. You're in for some awesome shit here. I promise! Lots planned. Lots in the works. Once my equipment holds up....
😅... So yeah... The GAMES..... Yeah..yeah...YEAH! The 3DS has been out since early 2011 and that's quite some age for a system, but (honestly)..considering the processing power that the Nintendo 3DS system is able to deliver ((with all that TEXTURE and 3D in your eyeballs)) this move from Nintendo is one that SHOULDN'T be taken lightly. I mean... Just LOOK at the games... They both look like Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon games that were graced with a SLIGHT upscale on the graphics. YUP!! Better lighting...and slightly better textures...that's it....

[Top] - Pokemon - Let's Go Eevee
[Middle & Bottom] - Pokemon - Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon with the no outline patch
(for clearer proof of closely knit design)

Games that would (no doubt) operate on the "New" AND original Nintendo 3DS systems..WITHOUT an issue! Slightly shinier and smoother models ain't much to compare. Not only are they the classic top down view style (that the Pokemon series has somehow managed to get away with the entire way through), but they're also gracing the EXACT same battle screen design as they Nintendo 3DS counterparts. There IS some good to the existence of these games though. I mean... 1). It's Nintendo (They're creative as HECK with EVERYTHING they manage to do) and 2). The game is a HAVEN for Pokemon Go. Now ALL of those creatures that you happened to sneak out after 10:00 PM to get a chance at catching will have a world to battle in. No holds barred. The main thing we should be worried about here (though) is what this means for the 3DS..however.... Why? Here is why. The Pokemon Video game series has existed for YEARS. Around 23 to be exact. I know the exact year count (and actually didn't have to Google search) because it debuted the year that I was born. 23 whole years and within those (years) we have had 7 generations of Pokemon so far. 7 generations where Pokemon has (each) taken a fresh step.. Each step introducing new features and new Pokemon. I've actually touched on this in a previous post, but typing it here again for properly detailed closure. Within this generation climb, the Pokemon series has carried a pretty shaped out pattern along with it. A pattern that sees each generation of Pokemon deliver (either or both) an entirely fresh approach for the series (with a new land and creatures to discover) as well as some sort of tribute to a previous generation (of Pokemon) squeezed somewhere in the middle. How does this fit here? Well.... The latest Pokemon generation to be released is Generation 7 (with the release of Pokemon Sun/Moon and Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon). All being Pokemon games for the 3DS.

Usually (along the line of main Pokemon generation releases) a Nintendo system is given only one/1 generation to handle. The only exceptions being the Nintendo DS and (yes)..the Nintendo 3DS. The first 3 generations have all been on separate Nintendo systems (each), with the 4th and 5th generations both existing on the Nintendo DS. Within the 3rd generation - (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald), the 1st generation (Pokemon Red/Green) [remake] bundle/Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green is born. The 4th generation - (Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum) then brings along the 2nd generation (Pokemon Crystal) [remake] bundle/Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver. With it being the gen to push the Nintendo DS the hardest...the 5th gen - (Pokemon Black/White and Pokemon Black 2/ White 2) goes alone (on the Nintendo DS) and without an accompanying past generation tribute/remake. The 5th generation was clearly the peak contributor to the Nintendo DS family of Pokemon games. Since what the 5th gen could muster was merely but a baby step when compared to what the 4th generation of Pokemon managed to deliver (on the Nintendo DS), it became clear that a future generation would have to be developed on a new and much more capable system, before any ideas of another RESPECTFUL series remake could be created. The 6th generation - (Pokemon X/Y) is the first on the Nintendo 3DS and gets accompanied by Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire/the 3rd Generation (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire) [remake] bundle.

Pic there is missing Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire and some link to Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, but who cares..? ...right? Not to mention Pokemon Sun/Moon and Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon... but....who cares? Old pic...and Photoshop has issues on Windows 10 right now... Go FIGURE....

Now.. Amidst all that (maybe) confusing generation talk, the interesting note (to point out here) is the fact that Nintendo has chosen to squeeze 2 generations on 2 systems..back to back. Each time the system's 2nd generation was released...they (both) had sequels of they own.Pokemon Black/White got it's Pokemon Black 2/White 2 and most of us should know by now that Pokemon Sun/Moon got Pokemon Ultra Sun/ Ultra Moon. Generation 5 is both the peak of performance and a goodbye for the Nintendo DS. The same goes for Generation 7 on the Nintendo 3DS....it seems..... If it really isn't that generation 7 is a goodbye to the Nintendo 3DS, then why is it that the company chose to plop such a small jump in graphics and technology on the newest Nintendo system? What's more...there is a troubling pattern noticeable between the 2 double generation releases. Pokemon Black/White managed to improve on some graphical feats (such as Pokemon animations), but down scaled majorly in some environmental details. The Pokemon sprites were even noticeably...and NEGATIVELY effected (by the quality squeeze these double generations suffer). How is that problem mirrored in the generation 7 games? If you could boot up a copy of Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire right now then boot up a copy of Pokemon Sun/Moon or Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon (side by side especially), it should be instantly clear to see that...yes...some trainer and model details were improved, but general pixel rendering and the detail within most environments were SERIOUSLY harmed....

Look at the greenery behind Torchic's PLUMP face there (in that Pokemon Alpha Sapphire snap)...then take a look at the battleground backgrounds I managed to snap in those Pokemon Ultra Moon shots. Ewwww.... The difference is ALERTING!! Aaaaand..Yeah... I know. He has a ZERAORA!! That thing ain't even released yet.. Well..they've been Japanese events and I'm sure that LOTSA people have them by now... Got it from a good friend... Don't bother to ask. Anyway.. Back to the matter at hand. The 3DS is CRYING here....and another drop on the system at this point would surely be a waste (to potential progression on a bigger system in the Nintendo family). Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee were surely plausible fits for the Nintendo 3DS, but it's quite clear that the Nintendo 3DS is reaching the end of the line (with the Pokemon series at least). We've gotta face it at some point... The last generation double to be made for the series says a goodbye for the system graced. Generation 7 got the same "work those graphics till the buff begins to bleed" that Generation 5 got. That thing is BLEEDING.. CLEARLY.... LITERALLY!! . The Nintendo DS had one last hoorah with it's Generation 5 inclusion! It's looking like what transpired for the Nintendo DS double generation is definitely being echoed on the Nintendo 3DS...... AHEM! Ummmm.... Echoes.... Reminding you of another game franchise? That one slipped. Just a slip. I swear. Back to Pokemon, though. The generation 7 release looks to be causing the very same effect on the Nintendo 3DS. Since Pokemon is one of the biggest and most famous of Nintendo release titles, any skim from a system...and especially a CAPABLE system...isn't a good sign. You can say that time will tell, but at least the signs and patterns are clear. Buy those amazing Nintendo 3DS titles that you double crossed (maybe because of price) before. The sales should be decent by now... That's it.... If Pokemon development officials come around with a plan for a new Nintendo 3DS title for this year and (especially) into next year...I'll SURELY be surprised. It's looking like the end of an age... The end of the 3DS age... Looking for generation 8 on the Nintendo Switch is a sure thing. Confirmation has even been laid out to the public. I don't know about you, but the one thing I'm BOOKED (for focus) on is the generation 4 - (Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum) remake bundle. Oooohhh let it BE! Gonna be playing the original generation 4 Pokemon games in the coming months. Especially for Youtube. One of my favourite Pokemon regions. In depth posts (here) and videos (there) to come, all detailing my personal thoughts and impressions for generation 4. Basically why I like Sinnoh (as much as I do) in a nutshell. ONE LAST THING..though... Lol! Jackie Chan Adventures much? Anyway..
Checking up on Wikipedia the other day... I noticed that Generation 7 is stated to continue into 2019....

I KNOW right!!??? That doesn't make ANY sense...right?
I mean... Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Let's Go Eevee are confirmed to be...that's right...Generation 7/SEVEN Pokemon games...but they aren't being released next year.... Let's Go Pikachu & Let's Go Eevee are coming THIS year.... Is an upcoming Generation 7 Pokemon game being made for the Nintendo Switch? Is it a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl [remake] bundle...by any chance?  A discussion about what that could be next time.. SURELY!  Check out my Youtube channel link. Gonna be pushing again with Youtube VERY soon. Exciting stuff. Hyped to be here and at it again. MUCH to cover. LOTS of lore to brush up on... Until NEXT post! 👍🏽😌

Japan RULES!!!

A lot of people might hate to have me say this, but I'll do it.
The Asians have much of the West BEATEN,when it comes to initial art.
The styling on film material, the scripting...the CREATIVITY!!!
The fact that most of the technology and materials (to do with our entire world of entertainment) are born in Asia, should be enough to prove this.
You're ANYONE out there looking to study and better yourself in the field of Mass Media production,I would advise that you take a trip to Japan.
Amid the turmoil and creative drought this world is experiencing,Asia has managed to prove that they were mostly going the right way all along,by continuing to blast the world with their innovation, through material and arts.
There is A LOT about the Asian (and especially Japanese) culture that has helped to fuel the region's continuous climb in the realm of medium entertainment.
There is a lot about them that truly impresses me!
The Asian culture should be impressive for most others too. Now...You might be asking yourself....
Why all this talk about Japan...and them ruling?!!
Well...look at this!
*Asia (altogether) pushes most of the world's material and art innovation (with Japan being a head hub for technological advancement).
*With their cultural views and general ways of life, thorough progression and TRUE contribution to Humanity is easily pacified/fed.
Unlike most places on our little world,Asia emphasises on giving, way more than taking.
We keep hearing about most of our world being in debt and a lot of people don't even care to find out why this is so.
It's because of one simple principle being ignored...
((From an area of HIGH concentration,to an area of LOW concentration))
You cannot continue to rake in the masses of material manifest and prestige,if you aren't efficiently contributing.
The circle has to be fed both ways...or it WILL die!!!
THAT is the true reason that America stands to struggle so much right now...you can hoard...but only for a time....(before it starts to strike back at you).
It is the greed...that has things so bad right now.
Countless countries breaking down because the international exchange is slowly being crippled by one....
[Conclusion]
Asia (especially Japan) is the source of the drive for most of our world's medium entertainment and if they aren't properly fed, what they deserve, the west WILL continue to see omission from most of they BEST work...meaning harder life for true mass media lovers in the west.
It is only a matter of time before this happens...IF proper sharing is continued to be held back!!

((A quick query for viewers))
I hardly do posts based on topics outside of initial game play, but I will if enough of you viewers approve!
Posting about my views on world events and statistics that somehow effect our games.
Would you all like me to continue stepping out of the box a little with posts?
This Japanese trailer really grabs the vibe of starting a new adventure with family:
